The Christian life was not meant to be lived alone, but large gatherings can be as isolating as being alone. It’s hard to be real with 1000 other people. That’s why, while we love celebrating and learning together on Sunday mornings, we appreciate the benefits of meeting together in small groups to connect, build friendships, and grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ.
It may seem like we’re just hanging out, but there is no truer church experience than what happens around our coffee tables. You may make a decision to change your life at a weekend service, but the actual process of change happens best in a community of friends. Friends are made in Life Groups.
Life Groups are made up of around 10-16 people that meet each week in homes throughout the greater Turlock area. There are three 10-week sessions throughout the year and you can join at any time. Life Groups use a study that takes the Sunday sermon and let’s each group dig deeper and grow. Below are the studies for the current session that you can download.
